If you have known about us at Moravian for awhile, you know we love trying new things, experiementing and pushing the limits of speciality coffee. We decided to partner up with our friends at Yellow Rooster and bring on our most complex, fun and exciting coffee we have ever offered. You can expect a super clean cup from Peru Puka Soncco with a light bright acidity, cake like mouth feel and a silky body. When brewed correctly we promise you will chug this coffee and want more.
